give you a shared folder where you can easily drop your content.
format your content into your mailing list software.
send you the newsletter for approval before it goes wide.
archive inactive members of your mailing list to your specifications (keep it neat).
provide stock art where it fits.
format your art files to look good in the newsletter.

creation of a newsletter template
review of mailing list settings to make sure they’re optimal.
